At Synergy Women’s Wellness Centre, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for both our patients and staff. Inappropriate language, threats, or any form of violent, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward our staff, physicians, or other patients will not be tolerated. Any such behavior may result in immediate action, including requesting the individual to leave the premises, contacting law enforcement, or dismissal from our practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe space for all.
We understand that things can come up, so we offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you anticipate being late, please call our office, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
If an appointment is missed without prior notice, a fee will be charged based on the type of appointment. The applicable fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
At Synergy Women’s Wellness Centre, we kindly request twenty-four (24) hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
As part of our commitment to creating a healthy and comfortable environment for all clients, we are a scent-free clinic. Please refrain from wearing scented products, including perfume and cologne, when attending your appointment.
At our clinic, we strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone, including our LGBTQ+ patients. If you are comfortable doing so, please feel free to share your preferred pronouns with our staff. We are here to support you.
